Mayte Garcia hosts Pet Adoption In Conjunction With Her Foundation “Mayte’s Rescue”

Today’s assignment was in Beverly Hills, Mayte Garcia, (which I didn’t know who she was, now I know a little more about her and her cause) She hosted a Pet Adoption in conjunction with her foundation ‘Mayte’s Rescue‘, the minute I get there I was approached by a ‘producer’ who told me that I needed to sign a release because my likeness might appear on camera, I was like “What are you talking about?”.

Well the thing is that Mayte was taping a segment of a reality show “Hollywood Exes”, I still do not know who the exes are but anyway, I still needed to sign the release, I took my time to read it, the producer was anxious to do something else, told him that I needed to read what I was signing for, I didn’t want to be part of the show like some paparazzi which by the way I totally (hate) dislike when the call me a Pap!

Once I saw Mayte, I remembered that I have photographed her in the past, at some red carpet in West Hollywood in November-December last year, I might have her picture somewhere in my archives.

Well she was nice, she said thank you for attending her event, I went on and took the images I needed and left, Hopefully some of her 4 legged friends have already found a new home before V-day.

Have you seen her show on VH1?, I havent’, do you like it?, I think reality shows are just staged, there is more drama going on with producers and camera crews that the actual ‘reality show’ or What do you think?.
