** The Showbiz Live! – Los Angeles (Friday 08,24).- After the success of his hit single “Te voy a amar,” Colombian singer songwriter Andrés Cepeda presents his new release “Magia” (Magic), a new song featuring his good friend and colleague Sebastián Yatra. The union of these two gifted, charismatic and humble talents with impeccable musical careers, gave life to a project in sync with current musical sounds, even including certain urban elements but never losing their main calling: Singing love songs.

The magic this single talks about is not based on trickery, magicians, cards, bunnies or magic wands, but the magic of everyday life, the one you can find in the little things, the one that’s present in little details, in a beautiful memory, the one that allows us to be surprised by a kiss and never lose the ability to be amazed. “Magia” was produced by Andrés Torres & Mauricio Rengifo. It was Cepeda who decided to collaborate with Sebastián Yatra after both artists showed great chemistry throughout the taping of the TV show “La Voz Kids” 2018.

“We talked so much about music with Sebastian during the taping that we had the need to do something together, and Magic is the result,” said Cepeda.

The original idea for the video was created by Andrés Cepeda, who wanted to tell a love story about two kids that are neighbors and go to school together. The little girl is a victim of bullying, a recurrent topic in today’s society, and the very brave boy rescues her from the situation. The magic happens at the end of the video with an innocent and affectionate kiss between both kids.

“As adults we go through life trying to revive the magical moment of that first love. After spending so much time through the years with the kids at the show, we thought the leads in the video should be themselves.” said Cepeda.

The video was directed by renowned movie director Felipe Martinez based on a script written by Felipe Bohórquez.

“Magia” is the second single of Andrés Cepeda’s new record to be released in early 2019. This is the artist’s 13^th solo album and it will be a musical work filled with surprises, including the very name of the record that Andrés hopes to find in collaboration with his fans who he has invited to join the search.
